The SaaS factory is an independent software service operated by John Reddie t/a The SaaS Factory. We provide teleCast and related tools to help website owners connect their Telegram groups to their websites.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or over to register.
A one-time registration fee activates your account. Translation credits are purchased in bundles and deducted when a fresh translation is required — cached translations are always free. All payments are non-refundable. If something looks wrong, contact us before raising a dispute and we will do our best to help.
We provide the service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any losses arising from downtime, bugs, or service changes. We may update or discontinue features at any time, but we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Multilingual translation is provided by DeepL, a third-party service. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any translated content. Automated translation is not suitable for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or any other communication where precision is essential. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from translation errors, mistranslations, or misunderstandings resulting from translated content.
You may not use our services to send spam, illegal content, or anything that violates Telegram's terms of service. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these conditions without notice or refund.
We store the minimum data necessary to operate the service. Chat messages are stored to support history on reconnect. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Unused credits are non-refundable on termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
